Description
1. Zoom/MS Teams meetings to discuss initial planning for premises.
2. Look through any formal or draft plans available and provide IPC recommendations or requirements for rooms, identifying specific room use and specific IPC requirement for each room.
3. Provide IPC requirements report for planned building/extension based on up-to-date IPC and building requirements for healthcare premises using finalised plans for the project.
4. As required, provide telephone advice for queries related to single ongoing projects (*subject to charges per call)
5. Attend site inspections throughout initial planning and building stages (inc. RIBA stages) and provide updated reports and recommendations following each visit
6. Site inspection once completion of works is finished plus IPC sign off certificate from AGH IPC Services Ltd.
